The Chief Customer Office drives commercial growth across Centrica Retail through exceptional customer experiences and compelling product and service propositions.
We\’re seeking a strategic Marketing Operations Lead to optimise marketing processes and deliver operational excellence across all UK retail brands, including British Gas and Hive. This role focuses on planning, execution, and efficiency-ensuring marketing budgets and agency partnerships deliver maximum impact.
Expect to be in London once a week in the office.
