About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and collaborative marketing operations lead to manage our agency partnerships and marketing budget with precision and impact. In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for our external agencies and vendors—overseeing scopes of work, contracts, and SLAs to ensure top-tier delivery that aligns with our goals and timelines. You’ll monitor agency performance closely, ensuring KPIs are met and quality standards are upheld. You’ll also take full ownership of our marketing budget, partnering with finance to forecast, track, and reconcile spend with data-backed insights that shape budget decisions and leadership reporting.
This role involves leading the financial forecasting process for Marketing, ensuring our marketing budgets are aligned to business objectives and are built to deliver customer growth. The Marketing Operations Lead will also manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality marketing services through defining a robust scope of work. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a matrix organisation to achieve marketing excellence.
