Centrica is seeking a Military & Elite Athlete Talent Placement – Facilitation Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role includes national travel and on-site attendance at learning and development sites as needed. The successful candidate will support individuals transitioning from the Armed Forces or elite sports into a new career, gaining hands-on experience in learning and development while promoting inclusive learning practices and stakeholder engagement.
