Join Centrica\’s Innovation Team as an Innovation Developer. You\’ll transform visionary ideas into tangible prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs), using cutting-edge technologies to address key customer and business challenges. Your role will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application, supporting Centrica\’s renewable energy and smart technology initiatives.
Location: Hybrid (home-based with occasional office travel)
Key Responsibilities:

POC Development & Prototyping: Build scalable prototypes and POCs aligned with our sustainable energy goals.

Technical Innovation: Use AI, drones, and robotics to solve complex problems.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Innovation Designers and team members to align technical development with business objectives.

Agile Methodology: Use agile practices to produce high-quality code and facilitate iterative feedback.

Cloud and DevOps Basics: Enhance collaboration and streamline development using cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
