Our Finance Graduate scheme places you right at the heart of finance in a FTSE 100 company. You will undertake three 12-month placements, working across a variety of financial disciplines across our family of businesses and brands. Your placements will be flexible and could include roles providing financial control, performance analysis, critical insight and decision support.
No prior finance experience, no problem! We’re looking for people who are ready to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and bring plenty of energy and ideas. As part of our commitment to innovation, we encourage graduates to explore and contribute to initiatives involving automation, AI, and digital transformation during their time on the scheme.
All our graduates are provided with course funding and flexible study leave to allow you to balance your professional and in‑role development. By the end of the scheme, you will have gained either your ICAEW (ACA) or CIMA qualification – whichever is the right qualification for you.

While we support flexible working across the business, our Year in Industry interns are based full‑time in our London Berkshire office to maximise learning, connection, and development.
