The Chief Customer Office (CCO) drives growth across Centrica Retail through a focus on customer experience and compelling product and service propositions.
About your role:
We’re seeking a passionate Creative Content Designer to join our Digital & Creative team. You’ll design and deliver high-quality content supporting internal and external communications, bringing our purpose, values, and strategy to life engagingly.
Working on multiple projects, you’ll collaborate across departments to create impactful content for digital, print, events, film, and more. You’ll work with video (filming and editing), motion graphics, graphic design, web design, and audio, elevating our storytelling.
What will you be doing?
- Create engaging content that illustrates Centrica’s strategy and plans
- Transform briefs into creative ideas and end-to-end content solutions
- Design and produce content across various formats, including video, motion graphics, graphic/web design, and audio
- Manage the creative production process, ensuring high standards
- Stay updated on trends and best practices, applying insights to improve our content
- Develop your skills with new tools and technologies
