Our Commercial Analyst Graduate Scheme places you right at the heart of life in one of the world’s leading integrated energy companies. The scheme is designed to arm you with a host of commercial and technical skills. You could be helping to set our strategy through market sizing and competitor analysis, analysing investment into renewable, utility scale assets such as solar and batteries, forecasting our customers’ energy demand to drive operational improvements, utilising data science to better understand our customers and refine propositions.

No specific commercial experience? No problem. We’ve got plenty to go around and can’t wait to share it with you. You will be provided with an unparalleled level of support with access to buddies, mentors, and experienced line managers, as well as having a ready‑made network of graduates across the business to tap into.

What we need from you:

• Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Masters)
• Willing to relocate
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Available to start on 29 September 2026
