Our Business Management Graduate Scheme

In Business Management we’re really excited about the future. Why? Because we’re at the heart of helping millions of customers through the energy transition and we want to be bolder, braver, and more relatable than ever before.

The Business Management scheme consists of three 9‑month placements across various UK locations, offering broad exposure to the core of our operations. Your journey begins with a high‑impact people management role, where you’ll lead an office-based customer‑facing team or field-based engineering team, make real‑time decisions that influence performance and culture, and engage directly with customers. This will strengthen your leadership capabilities, build commercial awareness, and give you a deep understanding of what drives business success. The scheme is structured to ensure you gain a breadth of experience across our business, so following your first placement, you’ll rotate through two additional placements in areas such as project management, commercial delivery, strategy, and operations.

What we need from you:

• Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Masters)
• Willing to relocate – flexibility is key to making the most of your experience!
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Available to start on 29 September 2026.

Here’s what’s in it for you:

• Starting salary of £32,000 per annum,
• Kickstart your journey with a £3,000 Welcome Bonus – paid with your first salary!
