About your team: The Chief Customer Office (CCO) exists to drive commercial growth across all of Centrica Retail through focus on world class customer experience and highly attractive and compelling product and service propositions. About your role: We\’re seeking a passionate and strategic Brand & Campaign Research Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping how Centrica\’s retail brand is perceived by customers. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering deep insights into brand health and campaign effectiveness, helping to optimise marketing investment and strengthen our competitive edge. In this role, you\’ll lead our brand health tracking programme and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You\’ll work closely with brand, creative, and marketing teams to ensure strategies are grounded in robust evidence, and you\’ll present clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders to guide key decisions. You\’ll also manage third-party research partners, collaborate across insight and media teams, and stay ahead of market trends to provide valuable context. Here\’s what we\’re looking for: * Solid understanding of brand research methodologies and campaign evaluation best practices. * Experience in managing third-party research agencies and insight platforms. * Strong analytical and storytelling skills – able to turn data into compelling insight. * Ability to influence marketers, creatives, and commercial teams with confidence and credibility. * Knowledge of research tools such as Kantar, Ipsos, Dynata, YouGov, Qualtrics or similar. * Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced marketing environment. * Degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business, Psychology or related field (required) * Additional training or certification in insight or marketing effectiveness would be advantageous. Please note that whilst this role can be primarily home based flexibility is required to work, at least one day per week, in our Windsor Head Office or a London location
