An opportunity to play your part – We are looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Technology Product Developer, working across the design, development, support and delivery of the Shared Services organisation. Within an existing engineering team, you will play a vital role in delivering and maintaining the future capabilities for our stakeholders whilst having the opportunity to continually grow your skillset through technical challenges and iterative delivery across a range of products.

The day to day:
- Deliver quality software solutions which align with stakeholder requirements.
- Take an active role in all team ceremonies and conversations, looking for opportunities to increase efficiencies within the team.
- Be proactive and identify areas for improvement and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
- Conduct quality reviews of team members' work and provide coaching to improve team skills.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency through continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Apply good quality assurance processes (unit tests, regression tests, etc.) within CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct unit tests, regression tests, and participate in CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Committed to continual learning and growth within the team and organisation.
About You:
- Solid background in software engineering in at least one applicable language/platform.
- Extensive knowledge of AWS web services (Telephony / WebChat would be an advantage).
- Proficient in AI models and integrations.
- Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD pipelines (AWS Code Pipeline, AWS CodeBuild, Github Actions etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and test automation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work and influence effectively with team members.
- Deep knowledge of engineering best practices and the ability to implement them.
