Service Delivery Lead

About your team:

As our Service Delivery Lead, you’ll ensure IT services meet business expectations—translating technical solutions into meaningful outcomes while maintaining stability, reliability, and high performance. You’ll shape, monitor, and optimise service delivery, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and excellence.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT services aligned to SLAs and KPIs
- Monitor performance metrics and drive service improvements
- Act as the link between business, development, and IT operations to align goals
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Owners on ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release)
- Identify opportunities to improve service reliability, efficiency, and user experience
- Promote a culture of learning, innovation, and proactive problem-solving
- Stay current with industry trends and frameworks (Agile, ITIL)
- Lead service transition and technology integration into BAU
- Manage escalations and risks, coordinating resolution efforts
- Support flexible working and occasional on-call duties
Requirements:
- Experience translating complex business needs into technical outcomes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management
