- You will engage and influence stakeholders, acting as the bridge between business and technology to align objectives, challenge thinking and drive the right outcomes.
- You will facilitate workshops and drive clarity, running engaging sessions to uncover problems, define processes and agree solutions that are simple, scalable and effective.
- You will support delivery across the lifecycle, working closely with delivery, QA and UAT teams to ensure requirements are understood, traceable and delivered as intended.
- You will drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, coach and mentor team members and enhance the overall quality of delivery across the portfolio.
What we need from you:
- You will bring strong experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years), with a proven track record of delivering across complex projects or programmes.
- You will have an excellent understanding and experience of working within Group Functions such as Finance, Procurement and HR, along with how technology (e.g. SAP ERP, SAP Ariba, Workday) supports and enables these areas.

- You will be able to identify, document and manage both functional and non‑functional requirements, ensuring they support clear business outcomes including scalability, stability and operational effectiveness.
- You will take ownership of challenges, driving them through to resolution, and supporting delivery end‑to‑end to ensure requirements are understood, traceable and validated through testing.
- You will have experience in analysing and documenting business processes (e.g. BPMN, EPC), and supporting the creation of business cases that clearly articulate benefits, options and risks, with an appreciation of commercial and financial considerations.
- You will bring awareness of industry and technology trends, ideally within the energy sector, and use this to inform thinking and continuous improvement.
- You will be a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) for experienced BA practitioners.
- You will demonstrate the safe and responsible use of AI tools, with clear knowledge of when AI use is appropriate and strong awareness of accuracy, bias and compliance.
