An opportunity to play your part – We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive individual to support our Procurement, Risk, and Operational functions. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure operational efficiency, compliance with both internal and external requirements, and smooth onboarding of suppliers. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to maintain data integrity, monitor risk, and streamline procurement processes. The day to day:
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather procurement requirements and assist with vendor onboarding administration.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure data accuracy in our procurement systems.
- Track operational KPIs/SLAs and assist with reporting on third-party oversight.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
- Identify areas for improvement in the operation of procurement governance and compliance activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for management.
About You:
- Solid knowledge and experience working in systems, processes, or operational compliance environments, ideally within a GBS/Procurement setting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution abilities.
- Experience working within a team focused on governance and process improvement activities.
