This role focuses on managing and supporting large‑scale brand and demand‑generation campaigns, alongside media partnerships, to drive customer engagement and support commercial performance. Working across British Gas and Hive, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver well‑executed campaigns and use insight to continuously improve performance.

About the role: Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Work across creative, media and business teams to ensure effective execution
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve
  • Deliver campaigns that support brand visibility and customer engagement
  • Align campaign activity with business priorities
  • Support media partnership delivery and optimisation

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and agency partners
  • Understanding of media channels and campaign delivery
  • Experience using data to evaluate and improve performance
  • Customer‑focused mindset
  • Ability to build effective working relationships
  • Previous experience of a Marketing campaigns role in a large or complex organisation

Why should you apply? We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place. Our priority is supporting all of the different realities our people face. Life is about so much more than work. We get it. That’s why we’ve designed our total rewards to give you the flexibility to choose what you need, when you need it, making sure that you and your family are supported not only financially, but physically and emotionally too.

If you're full of energy, fired up about sustainability, and ready to craft not only a better tomorrow, but a better you, then come and find your purpose in a team where your voice matters, your growth is non‑negotiable, and your ambitions are our priority. Help us, help you.
