What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient servicing, fault‐finding and repair of Air Source Heat Pump systems in domestic properties, ensuring systems run at their best and customers receive a first‐class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, diagnose and repair Air Source Heat Pumps and associated heating controls
- Work in line with health & safety legislation, statutory regulations, manufacturer guidance and company processes
- Deliver a high‐quality, professional experience in occupied residential properties
- Effectively manage your own workload, appointments and productivity
- Complete job records, reports and parts requests accurately using company systems
- Act as a professional ambassador for PH Jones at all times
- Proactively identify system improvements, additional works or safety issues
- Participate in the out‐of‐hours call‐out rota when required
