We’re launching a bold new energy venture and we’re looking for a dynamicBilling & Collections Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative billing processes from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity toshape the future,build your own team, and play a key role in a high-impact initiative withinNew Business & Net Zero.
We work in a hybrid, Flexible First way—typically spending 1–2 days a week in the office. However, this role will require someone who’s comfortable flexing their schedule as needed to meet the demands of the job. ? The Job
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you’ll ensure accurate and compliant consumer energy invoicing, backed by rigorous governance and proactive risk management. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.

Oversee and manage end-to-end billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to reduce outstanding debt
