About your role

Your mission is to help us mend it by diving head first into the world of electrical Installation & maintenance.

As an Apprentice Electrician, you won’t just learn the ropes – you’ll master them.

From day one, you’ll be absorbing knowledge, sharpening your skills, and working toward becoming a fully qualified Domestic Electrician – a true household hero.

What we’re looking for

  • 4 GCSEs, ideally including Maths & English, at grade C/4 or above or a recognised equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for learning a trade & striving for a successful career whilst working to the highest levels of safety.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Availability to attend your training course, with provided accommodation and travel if needed (training is hosted by Trade Skills 4U in predetermined locations in England).
  • Customer‑first mindset – you’ll listen, understand, and offer energy‑saving solutions that make a real difference in people’s homes.

What’s in it for you

  • A starting salary of £18,564 which will continue to rise as you hit specific milestones during your apprenticeship.
  • Once you have completed the full programme and aftercare support, your salary will increase to £41,389 with bonus and add‑ons on top.
  • We also offer London Weighting Allowance ranging from £4,160 to £6,240 (dependant on location) for living or starting your day within London.
  • An expensed electric van for you to use for work, including an EV charge point where applicable & charge card.
