In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and reliability of essential systems within RET&O Operations. You’ll focus on proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and continuous process optimization to enhance service quality. Acting as a key link between technical teams and stakeholders, you’ll ensure operational processes run efficiently and effectively.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Monitor system health and performance using operational dashboards and tools.
- Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with service owners to improve reliability and reduce operational risk.
- Maintain and optimize operational processes, including change and incident management.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Document operational procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
- Provide insights and reporting on reliability metrics and trends.
