An opportunity to play your part - Play a crucial role in designing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks. You will support a team of software quality engineers and collaborate with developers, product managers, and customers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Location: UK-based hybrid role, Occasional travel to site.
Day to day:
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data for various software products and features.
- Perform manual and automated testing using various tools and frameworks.
- Support a team of software quality engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to developers and product managers.
- Communicate test results and status to stakeholders.
- Seek feedback from the teams and act on it.
What we need from you:
- 5 plus years in software quality engineering with strong experience in automation, CI CD and test strategy across complex platforms.
- Experience operating in agile and DevOps environments.
- Strong capability in automated testing frameworks, non functional testing and quality risk assessment.
- Ability to define and embed test strategy and quality standards across teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- No mandatory certification required, though cloud platform certifications such as AWS are desirable.
- 2+ years of experience in leading or managing a team of software quality engineers or testers.
- Experience writing tests in JavaScript (required).
- Experience with various testing tools and frameworks such as Cypress, etc.
- Experience with various testing types such as functional, performance, accessibility, visual, etc.
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Experience writing and running API Testing.
- Experience of using Continuous Integration tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Test Automation experience - CI/CD frameworks.

- Designs, integrates and operates AI-enabled solutions within enterprise environments, including prompt driven workflows, retrieval-augmented systems and AI agents.
- Applies structured evaluation, testing and monitoring practices to ensure AI outputs are reliable, secure and compliant with organisational guardrails.
- Prepares and manages data used in AI workflows and takes responsibility for the responsible lifecycle of AI features from experimentation through deployment and continuous improvement.
