We are looking for a Actuarial Pricing Analyst to join our Protection Pricing team for a 12 month Maternity Cover.

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and delivering pricing strategies that balance customer value, growth, retention, and profitability.
Analyse customer, claims, market, and financial data to identify pricing opportunities, risks, and trends.
Use scenario modelling, experimentation, and performance monitoring to evaluate the impact of pricing changes.
Translate complex data into clear, evidence-based recommendations for stakeholders across commercial, finance, product, and leadership teams.
Collaborate with commercial, finance, product, data, actuarial and governance teams to deliver shared business objectives.
Support pricing governance, regulatory compliance, and customer outcome considerations, including Consumer Duty expectations.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, improved data pipelines, reusable analytical tools, and sharper performance insight.
We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with curiosity, commercial awareness, and confidence to communicate clearly.
Experience in pricing, analytics, actuarial, data science, finance, consulting, or another commercial analytical role.
Advanced Excel skills and practical experience using Python, SQL, R, or similar tools.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how pricing decisions affect growth, retention, margin, and customer value.
