About your team: At Centrica Business Solutions, we're proud to partner with over 7,000 organisations globally - helping them to balance planet, with profit. We build, operate and maintain onsite, large-scale energy assets like Solar PV and Combined Heat and Power - to help businesses to save the planet and save money. We're also transforming the UK's energy landscape by partnering with landowners and developers to build a 900MW portfolio of new grid-scale solar farms and battery storage assets.

We have five placement roles available, and the Change Delivery Manager role is one of them.
What you'll do: As a Change Delivery Manager, you'll work at pace, learn fast and contribute to meaningful transformation work across Centrica. It's an exciting role and no two days will be the same. During your placement, you will:
- Work within our Transformation Team on strategic change initiatives
- Develop, own and implement change management approaches
- Convert approaches into a comprehensive change plan that includes communications, engagement, and training needs to enable maximum adoption
- Provide regular and impactful updates, insights, and recommendations using a range of tools
- Translate technical or complex transformation concepts into clear, accessible messaging
- Facilitate effective engagement sessions e.g. workshops, briefings, market stalls, to support change awareness and buy-in
- Support teams in developing the capability and confidence needed to operate new processes, systems, or behaviours
- Partner with colleagues and stakeholders to coordinate change activities
- Build strong networks across the business
- Create and maintain change artefacts (e.g. impact logs, readiness assessments, risk logs, stakeholder maps, Value Realisation Plan)

What we're looking for: We're looking for potential, not perfection. You don't need to meet every requirement to apply. We'd love to see:
- Experience delivering end-to-end change or complex projects
- Skills in service design, process improvement or project management
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication and storytelling skills
- Confidence with digital tools and problem solving
- Experience with analysis (process, gap or requirements)
- Ability to develop others and take ownership when change isn't landing
- Desirable familiarity with frameworks such as ADKAR, Scrum or Waterfall.
On placement you'll also have a dedicated business mentor, opportunities to meet senior leaders, and plenty of support to settle into your role.
This placement is open to:
- Military Service Leavers: leaving the Forces or within the 2-year CTP window after service at application
- Elite Athletes: international competition experience and/or professional UK sports experience within the last 3 years
