The Strategy Analyst supports the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer (CSTO) in translating strategic priorities into structured plans, clear governance, and disciplined execution. The role helps close existing governance and coordination gaps by tracking strategic initiatives, supporting prioritisation, and ensuring actions, decisions, and dependencies are visible and followed through.
Operating at the interface of strategy and transformation delivery, the role combines analytical support with light project management and administrative coordination. It enables the CSTO to focus on strategic leadership by taking ownership of the "doing": preparing materials, maintaining oversight of priorities, coordinating inputs across teams, and ensuring strategy-related activity progresses.
