General Warehouse Administrator – Doncaster Region – Permanent – £28,000 per annum\\n\\nOur client, who has a new warehouse facility in Doncaster DN11, is seeking to recruit three skilled warehouse administrators to join their innovative and dynamic team. This pivotal role involves providing administrative support across various departments within a busy distribution environment, including managing invoicing, proof of deliveries (PODs), consignment oversight, and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities: \\n- Assist the Operations Manager and Shift Managers with various administrative tasks as needed. \\n- Update and maintain records, reports, and operational data.
\\n- Support project work and data retrieval requests. \\n- Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. \\n- Manage the inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment, ensuring efficient office operations.
\\n- Contribute to achieving and communicating the company’s operational targets when applicable. \\n- Collaborate with the Finance team to process and generate accurate invoices for customer orders. \\n- Verify and manage PODs, ensuring all records remain current.
\\n- Maintain organized documentation for all consignments. \\n- Facilitate effective communication between warehouse teams and office personnel. \\n- Ensure proper maintenance of all health and safety-related administrative records.
