Centric Talent is currently recruiting for talented and experienced Multi-drop Delivery Drivers for our client who are based in Bolton, who are one of the UK's leading suppliers of bathrooms and bathroom fittings.
Previous experience working as a Multi-drop Delivery Driver, driving up to 3.5 tonne is essential. You will also need a full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points for minor offences).
Multi-drop Delivery Driver - The Role & Responsibilities
- Commercial and Domestic Deliveries
- Approx. 20 deliveries per day
- Some long-distance work required
- Driving different vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
- Customer Facing - dealing directly with Customers
- Working closely with Admin and Transport teams
- Completing required paperwork for deliveries
- Pre- and post-vehicle checks will be required
Multi-drop Delivery Driver - Working Hours
This is a full-time role, with the below shifts available:
- Core Hours Monday to Friday
- 05:00 - 13:30, 05:30 - 14:00, 06:00 - 14:30
- Due to the nature of the role flexibility will be required
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience doing multi drop van driving up to 3.5 tonne vehicles
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues
- Clean UK driving licence (no more than 6 points for insurance purposes)
- Good knowledge of the UK motorway network
- Due to the nature of the produce some heavy lifting will be required
