Centric Talent are looking to recruit Production Operatives for our client who is a bespoke furniture manufacturer based in Halifax. We are recruiting on a temporary to permanent basis and we are looking for hard‑working, dedicated people to join the team. You DO need to have previous experience in this type of role, and to help you settle in, full training on your role will be given.
What does working as a Production Operative entail? The role can be quite repetitive, but it is a fast‑paced role so requires someone who is able to remain focused and work to the highest of standards. This job entails:
- Working on the busy production line
- Working to standard work instructions
- Working at a fast pace to set standards
- Completing quality checks on products
You must be able to read and follow detailed instructions and have a keen eye for detail whilst under a time constraint.
Working hours for Production Operatives:
- Fixed shifts Monday to Friday (early finish Friday)
- 06:00 start (contracted to work 46 hours per week)
- Full time role
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
