Job Purpose: To oversee the entire production and warehouse facility, people and efficiencies. Responsible for delivering production and efficiency targets in one of the UK’s fastest growing and innovative recycling companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive operational and functional productivity and process improvements.
- Manage, deliver, and ensure a safe, secure, clean, and fair work environment for all team members.
- Recruitment and selection.
- Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety policies.
