The purpose of this role is to ensure the reliable performance of our SAP Business One ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP related hardware, software, user access, or other problems. Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement ERP systems, applications, tasks and integrations. Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. Coordinate new software releases, fixes and upgrades with third party support team and users. Recommend new features or changes to configuration/workflows based on user feedback.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and Maintaining SAP Business One System accounts and permissions.
- Educating users on system functionality and promote a better understanding of the application suite.
- Developing solutions for business problems using SAP Business One and Business Process Automation (BPA).
- Creating and maintaining SQL reports.
- Serving as liaison between business partners and third party support to develop and gather business requirements.
- Maintaining close relationships with department leaders to ensure best practices for systemic improvements.
- Providing raw data to various areas for analytics.
- Managing and executing continuous improvement projects.
- Maintaining data integrity and cleanliness of all databases.
- Ensuring appropriate systems and controls are in place for audit purposes and providing audit evidence to external auditors.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an ERP systems role is required.
- Advanced SQL query writing is essential.

- Business Process Automation (BPA) experience desirable but not essential.
