You will work closely with the senior management and operational teams to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support. Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, liaising with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payments. Support recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to meet business demands.
