Centric Software is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager taking over marketing activities for Fashion, Luxury, Outdoor & Sports and Retail markets in Europe (excluding France, Spain and Portugal).

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for adapting and executing EMEA marketing strategy mostly in UK, Nordics, Germany, Italy and Turkey supporting new business development and sales. Managing an event coordinator, coordinating agencies and freelancers and working closely with content, nurturing, digital and customer success teams, you will plan, develop, execute, measure and optimize lead generation campaigns & events. You’ll also work on the day to day with local sales representatives to support large accounts approach through targeted campaigns.
This position reports to the EMEA Senior Marketing Manager – based in France. It’s a 100% remote working position!
You have at least 7 to 10 years’ experience in managing marketing activities in IT/software companies, a strong leadership, ultra-dynamic and creative. You are keen to work with the most well-known brands in the world and curious about how new technologies can support their challenges?

Responsibilities:
- Define and adapt local marketing strategy to support EMEA marketing goals and local sales objectives.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns by account segments, verticals and personae on multiple channels (Linkedin, Medias, Website,…).
- Organize and coordinate tradeshows, conferences, 3rd party webinars and Centric events.
- Support large account conversion by developing targeted programs.
- Develop supporting campaign assets and collaterals.
- Analyze campaign results (Tableau, google analytics, Linkedin Marketing Manager, …) and spot potential area of improvement.
- Conduct market, database and competition analysis.
- Explore data and define segmentation.
- Manage one event manager based in UK.
- Coordinate freelancer and external agencies.
- Manage budget & accounting.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years’ experience in B2B marketing, IT/software environment is a plus.
- Business School degree or equivalent in Marketing.
- Understanding and good knowledge of Inbound and marketing automation practices (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo…) and use of CRM (Salesforce).
- Manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, Problem-solving ability.
- Autonomous and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fun and good team spirit.
- Languages: English (native or fluent) + German as a plus.
