Salary: Salary is paid Monthly with overtime normally available and is negotiable dependant on skills and capability
We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Field Engineer to support a long-standing customer base across retail, hospitality, and small business environments.
This role suits someone who has built up strong, practical technical intuition — whether over 5 years or 25 — and is confident working independently on customer sites.
You’ll be the engineer who can walk into a site, assess the situation, and know what to do. Someone who understands hardware, networking, EPOS systems, and mixed environments without needing a script.
As several long-tenured engineers move on, we need someone who can bring stability, capture knowledge, and help maintain continuity for our clients.
This is a hands-on, investigative role which is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, not just performing swap-outs. (albeit there will be swap out work as well)
