These are full-time hybrid roles located in Milton Keynes. As an Experienced EPOS Bench Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware faults, performing preventative maintenance, and testing Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document service activities, and adhere to company standards to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to meeting established service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining EPOS systems and related hardware
