Centrepoint, the UK's leading youth homelessness charity, is recruiting a New Business Manager to join our high-performing Corporate New Business team. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our fundraising strategy, focused on securing strategic corporate partnerships worth £100k–£1m, while supporting the development of £1m+ partnerships. It's an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate fundraiser looking to step into a visible, delivery-focused new business role with clear progression.
About the role
- Secure new corporate partnerships from warm and cold leads
- Manage and progress a robust new business pipeline
- Develop high-quality, creative partnership proposals and pitches
- Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new partners
- Maintain accurate pipeline and income records using Raiser’s Edge
You’ll be joining a well-established corporate function that has recently secured multi-year partnerships with organisations including Nationwide (£3m p.a.), Newsquest (£4m strategic pro bono), Card Factory Foundation (£500k p.a.) and Citibank (£190k p.a.).
About you
- You’ll bring demonstrable experience of securing high-value corporate partnerships, ideally within a charity or fundraising environment, alongside:
- A strong track record in new business acquisition
- Excellent proposal writing and pitching skills
- Confidence engaging with senior corporate stakeholders
- Good financial awareness and accurate performance reporting
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
