A Sales Lead plays a dual role within the store, acting as both a Bear Builder and a Floor Leader on Duty during designated shifts. Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests in creating personalized furry friends and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

- Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for guests, fostering positive interactions, and guaranteeing that each guest leaves satisfied.

- Floor Leader on Duty Role
