We are looking for motivated individuals to join our catering team, supporting Ferryport Nursery and Tayport Primary School in Tayport.
As part of a new team, you will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for children while helping to deliver a high-quality meal service. We currently have a permanent vacancy to join our teams, Monday to Friday on a 38-week, term-time contract.

- 1 x 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 38-week term-time contract
You will earn a competitive salary of £25,604.23 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:
- We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £13.64 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
- Pay is annualised (equal instalments every 4 week pay period).

This work is about providing customer service, ensuring nursery pupils receive hot or cold meals every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference with the meal you have served. On-the-job training is given working towards a Food Hygiene Certificate.
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme. You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
