1 position based within the Southwest Fife team, with a location base at Inverkeithing Civic Centre, working 27 hours per week, on a permanent basis, with a salary of £31,761.26 to £34,914.86 pro rata. Working pattern can be discussed.

1 position based within the Dunfermline team, with a location base at Segal House, working 36 hours per week, on a temporary basis until March 2027, with a salary of £31,761.26 to £34,914.86.

1 position based within the Dunfermline team, with a location base at Segal House, working 36 hours per week, on a temporary basis until 15th January 2027, with a salary of £31,761.26 to £34,914.86.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a neighbourhood to ensure estates are well-run and sustainable.
• Assess the needs of customers, properties, and neighbourhoods to inform service delivery and improvement plans.
• Develop and implement solutions to address identified issues, using both prescribed procedures and locally developed initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality landlord services that support stable and sustainable tenancies.
• Work proactively to prevent tenancy breakdown and promote positive tenancy outcomes.
• Engage with customers, communities, and partner organisations to improve estates and local areas.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support neighbourhood management objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of services through feedback, innovation, and best practice.

The Person:

If you meet the essential qualification criteria outlined below, we’d like to hear from you:

• Knowledge of the Scottish Secure and Short Scottish Secure Tenancies and experience of working with a range of supports available to tenants.
• Experience of partnership working when managing tenancies.
• Commitment to assisting tenants to sustain their tenancy while also taking action against any breaches of tenancy.
• Good time management, communication, and organisational skills.
• IT Skills.
• Educated to SCQF level 5 or equivalent and required to undertake the Homepoint 2 qualification if not already held.
• Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
