To be responsible for the provision of comprehensive building services supply chain admin service support, providing co-ordination of materials, income recovery, order tracking, providing operational information and supply contract management support, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all client services to maintain best value delivery to council services and voluntary organisations via the building services corporate stores and logistics function.
The Person
- Attention to detail and accuracy are required as well as a commitment to give high quality service to our customers.
- Organise and prioritise workload amongst stores colleagues and partake in all duties as required to support the receipt, storage, stock control, picking, packing, issue, fitting, uplift and delivery functions within the service.
- Considerable knowledge of Stores and Distribution Customer Focused Business as well as experience would be advantageous.
- You will be a team worker and motivator with excellent communication skills and possess a can-do approach to help resolve problems.
- You should be able to provide regular and effective service.
