You will be responsible for assisting the area delivery of the Grounds Maintenance function. Working in all weather conditions to support the Services Arboreal Team in all aspects of planning and executing arboriculture work and using suitable equipment and materials to carry out all aspects of grounds maintenance and arboricultural functions.
The normal working week will involve working 7:45 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7:45 am – 12:45 pm on Friday.
The Person
- Moderate experience of team management in a grounds maintenance or other relevant field.
- Working knowledge of plant and equipment and current best practice in grounds maintenance or a similar environment.
- Hold a full driving licence.
- Hold Arboriculture qualifications CS30 and CS31 or be working towards these.
