Please note that whilst experience is desirable, it is not essential as training will be provided. Centred is a progressive charitable company based in the Highlands that supports people through mental ill health toward mental well-being. Our services are based in Caithness, Easter Ross, Inverness, and Lochaber. Our Centred Recovery Centre, based in Inverness, provides support and accommodation for up to 23 service users.
We are recruiting for a Social Care Worker to join our Caithness team. This service assists individuals in the community to live independently and provides a Care at Home service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to individuals in their daily activities
- Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and follow support plans
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and external agencies
- Work flexibly as part of a committed team
- Encourage independence and choice
- Provide practical support (meal preparation, household tasks)
- Assist with medication administration
