JOB TITLE:Support Worker (Care at Home)
PAY:£26,227.50 – £26,422.50 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to individuals, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.
KEY REPSONSIBILITIES
As a care at home support worker, you will:
- Provide person-centred support to individuals in their daily activities
- Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate and professional care records
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and external agencies
- Work flexibly as part of a committed team
- Work with support plans, risk assessments, and policies
- Assist with medication administration

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and commitment
- Previous experience in care or support is beneficial but not essential—full training provided
- A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential
