Technical Services Manager (MEP) – Luxury Residential

Location: Central London

Basic salary: up to £75,000

WFH: 2 days

This is a pivotal role managing high‑value contracts (combined value £10m+) and ensuring the performance, compliance, and optimisation of complex MEP systems across the portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate suppliers for inclusion in approved listings
• Manage tendering, contract reviews, and compliance with statutory standards
• Monitor works and maintain accurate documentation in Golden Thread and CAFM systems
• Build strong relationships with contractors, clients, and stakeholders
• Drive cost efficiency, risk management, and best practice across all contracts

What We’re Looking For

• Senior‑level experience in MEP within property or hospitality sectors
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Building Safety, and Fire Safety Acts
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑value contracts
