Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls, emails and resident enquiries.
- Coordinating contractor appointments, quotations and repairs.
- Maintaining accurate client records and filing systems.
- Preparing and issuing correspondence, notices and newsletters.
- Arranging meetings and supporting diary management.
- Assisting with bookkeeping and general office administration.
