Property Manager (Client-side – Residential Developer)

💰 Salary: up to £55,000 + Bonus & Private Healthcare

📍 Location: North London

🕒 Hours: 9am-5.30pm – WFH: 1 day pw

About the Role:

Join a leading property management team overseeing large developments/new-build schemes. You’ll be the key point of contact for residents and contractors, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across your portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Day-to-day property management

✔ Site inspections & resident liaison

✔ Budgeting & service charge oversight

✔ Manage contractors & major works projects

Requirements:

✅ Experience in leasehold property/block management

✅ Strong experience of m&e plant rooms & buildings over 18m

✅ Strong financial and compliance skills

✅ ATPI qualification (or working towards) preferred
