A rapidly growing residential property specialist in the heart of London, who are responsible for managing more than 8,000 units across London, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team.
WFH: 2 days WFH
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring high-quality day-to-day management and service delivery
- Preparing, managing, and reviewing service charge budgets, including oversight of large schemes in excess of £300,000
- Leading the mobilisation of new-build developments, ensuring smooth handovers and effective operational setup
- Managing Section 20 consultations and supervising major works projects from inception through completion
- Acting as the primary point of contact for RTM and freeholder clients, providing professional guidance and maintaining strong relationships
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential property management
- Demonstrable expertise in Section 20 processes and major works project oversight
- Proven experience in mobilising new developments
- Minimum qualification of ATPI
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations and a high level of commercial awareness
