The well‐established branch already boasts a strong presence in the area, supported by an experienced team including fellow Negotiators, a Sales Progressor, and a hands‐on Sales Director with a proven background in leading reputable London agencies. What\’s on offer

Basic salary: up to £25,000 (options for car)

Realistic OTE: up to £80,000 first year

Hours

Monday: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm

Tues–Thurs: 8:45 am – 6 pm

Friday: 8:30 am – 6 pm

Alternating Saturdays (10 am – 4 pm) with a day off in lieu

About you

1.5–3 years\’ experience in a similar estate agency role

Confident, passionate, and results‐focused

Strong communication and relationship‐building skills

Full, clean driving licence and access to a car

SENIORITY LEVELMid‐Senior level
