A high‑growth Central London estate agency is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Negotiator to support continued expansion in one of London’s most competitive markets. The well‑established branch already boasts a strong presence in the area, supported by an experienced team including fellow Negotiators, a Sales Progressor, and a hands‑on Sales Director with a proven background in leading reputable London agencies.
You’ll benefit from a supportive, high‑performance culture with clear opportunities for development and a genuine commitment to community engagement – every team member takes part in at least one local initiative each year.
What’s on offer:
- Basic salary: up to ÂŁ25,000 (options for car)
- Realistic OTE: up to ÂŁ80,000 first year
Hours:
- Monday: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm
- Tues–Thurs: 8:45 am – 6 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am – 6 pm
- Alternating Saturdays (10 am – 4 pm) with a day off in lieu
About you:
- 1.5–3 years’ experience in a similar estate agency role
- Confident, passionate, and results‑focused
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Full, clean driving licence and access to a car
