Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of luxury residential properties within the local area.
- Liaise with tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors and service providers.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, and rent collection.
