Centre Point Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a dynamic, rapidly expanding independent estate agency on the hunt for a passionate and driven Property Manager. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a prestigious portfolio of luxury properties in the heart of Canary Wharf.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of luxury residential properties within the local area.
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors and service providers.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, and rent collection.
  • Ensure properties meet health and safety standards and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000

Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Thurs) 9am-5pm (Fri)
