We’re working with a boutique residential property management company offering an excellent opportunity for an organised and driven Administrator to join their growing team. This role provides a strong entry point into block management, with exposure to service charge processes and leasehold administration.
The Role
- You will provide key administrative support to the property management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a high standard of customer service to leaseholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming queries via phone and email from leaseholders and clients
- Maintaining accurate records across SharePoint and Office 365 systems
- Producing mail merges for service charge demands and client communications
- Coordinating contractors for maintenance works and repairs
- Arranging meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assisting with Section 20 notices and other leasehold administration tasks
- Supporting internal communications and general office administration

- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Office 365
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
