Location: Stratford (E15)

Term: Part time (4 days a week)

Salary/Rate: Depending on experience

Role Overview: As an Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office. Working closely with the sales and lettings teams, you will learn how to manage property listings, prepare documents, communicate with clients, and ensure processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities (with training and guidance):

· Assisting with applicant registrations and keeping accurate records

· Preparing sales and lettings documents, brochures, and marketing materials

· Uploading and maintaining property listings across platforms

· Communicating with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors

· Supporting negotiators and branch managers with administrative tasks

· Learning and applying compliance requirements within the industry

Requirements:
