We’re working with a well-established, multi-branch independent estate agency in City Of London looking to appoint an experienced Tenancy Manager to join their lettings team. The role: You will manage a portfolio of tenancies, acting as a key point of contact for landlords while ensuring compliance, communication, and tenancy processes are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage rent reviews including market analysis and recommendations to landlords
- Serve and process Section 13 and Section 8 notices
- Handle tenant notices end-to-end, ensuring correct service and compliance
