A highly respected specialist property litigation firm is seeking a senior lawyer to lead and grow its London presence as part of a wider national expansion strategy. This is a rare leadership opportunity for an established property litigation specialist to build, shape and scale a London office, while remaining hands-on with complex, high-value work.

The Role

  • Lead and develop a growing London office, including future team expansion
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex or strategic matters
  • Drive business development and strengthen client relationships across London and the South
  • Establish and enhance the firm’s profile in the London property market
  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, performance and growth
  • Oversee quality, compliance and operational standards

About You

  • 10+ years’ PQE with deep expertise in property litigation
  • Strong background in landlord & tenant, leasehold, service charge and building safety disputes
  • Proven commercial acumen with experience developing clients and work streams
  • Confident leader with experience supervising senior lawyers and teams
  • Motivated by the opportunity to build something with long-term impact

Previous experience launching or growing a practice, team or office in London would be highly advantageous.
