Client-side Block Manager – Hampstead

Join a leading property investment and development company managing a diverse London portfolio. We’re looking for an experienced Block Manager to oversee our Clients mixed-use properties (primarily residential with some commercial/retail assets).

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day operations and compliance across a mixed-use portfolio.
• Drive property performance and ensure Building Safety Act compliance.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in property/block management.
• Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in CAFM/property management software (Cube MRI).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
